This Refund Policy applies to purchases of AgentCue, a macOS desktop application developed by Swiftmade OÜ (registry code 14173141). All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as our merchant of record.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on all purchases of AgentCue licenses. If you are not satisfied with the App for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@agentcue.app with:
- Your name or email address used at purchase
- Your order or transaction ID
- A brief note that you'd like a refund (no detailed reason required)
We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Because Paddle is the merchant of record, refunds are processed through Paddle's systems. In some cases, you may also initiate a refund request directly through Paddle.
3. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase via Paddle. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. After a Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your license key will be revoked.
- You will lose access to all Paid Features. You may continue to use the App's Free Features.
- You will not be eligible to purchase update extensions in the future. A revoked license cannot be reinstated.
5. Purchases Outside the Refund Period
After the 14-day refund window has passed, purchases are final and non-refundable. However, we may consider exceptions at our sole discretion in cases of:
- Severe technical issues that prevent the App from functioning and that we are unable to resolve
- Duplicate or accidental purchases

6. Paddle Dispute Resolution
Because Paddle acts as the merchant of record, payment disputes (including chargebacks) may be handled by Paddle in accordance with their terms and policies. We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider, so we can resolve the matter promptly.
7. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). By purchasing and downloading the App, you acknowledge that the digital content has been provided to you and you expressly consent to the performance beginning immediately. You retain your withdrawal rights as provided under applicable law, in addition to the 14-day money-back guarantee described above.
