2.1. License Validation Data
When you purchase and activate AgentCue, we collect and process:

- Your license key
- Basic device identifiers for license validation (e.g., machine ID)

2.2. Crash Reports
If the App crashes, a crash report may be generated and sent to us. Crash reports contain:

Crash reports do not contain your personal files, code, prompts, API keys, or other user content.
2.3. Purchase Information
Purchases of AgentCue licenses are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as our merchant of record. Paddle collects and processes your payment information, including your name, email, billing address, and payment method. We receive limited transaction data from Paddle (such as your email, transaction ID, and purchase date) but do not directly collect or store your credit card or banking details. 2.4. Website Analytics and Cookies
Our Website uses PostHog, a product analytics platform, to help us understand how visitors use the Website and to improve our services.
If you consent to cookies: We may place analytics cookies on your device to track your interactions with the Website, including pages visited, referral source, and session duration. AgentCue is designed with privacy in mind. The App processes all user content locally on your device. Specifically, we do not collect, transmit, or have access to:
- Your source code or project files
- Prompts, commands, or queries you send to Claude Code or Codex
- API keys, tokens, or credentials you use with third-party services
- The output or responses from AI services
- Your browsing or usage activity within the App (beyond crash reports)

5.1. Merchant of Record: Your payment information is collected and processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, which operates under its own privacy policy.
5.2. Website Analytics: We use PostHog (hosted in the EU) for website analytics. Analytics traffic is routed through a reverse proxy on our infrastructure, so your IP address is not shared with PostHog. 5.3. Crash Reporting: Crash reports are processed by Sentry (hosted in the EU) to help us diagnose and fix issues. For information on how Sentry handles data, please refer to Sentry's Privacy Policy.
5.4. Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
5.5. We maintain Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with all third-party processors in compliance with GDPR Article 28. A list of our current sub-processors is available upon request.
6. Data Retention
6.1. License data is retained for as long as your license is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle support inquiries and enforce license terms.
6.2. Crash reports are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted.
6.3. Purchase records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
6.4. Website analytics data is retained in accordance with our PostHog configuration. Anonymous analytics data may be retained indefinitely in aggregated form.
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International Data Transfers
Swiftmade OÜ is based in Estonia, a member of the European Union. Our primary data processors (PostHog and Sentry) are hosted within the EU. Your personal data is processed and stored within the EU/EEA.
If you are located outside the EU/EEA, your data may be transferred to and processed in the EU. If any data is transferred to processors outside the EU/EEA in the future, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, and will update this policy accordingly.
